The mission of Funnier Speeches is to make you funnier by “punching up” or “humorizing” your presentations and speeches.  You provide us with the raw materials and our writers make it funnier.

The Process

You e-mail the writers at Funnier Speeches a written transcript of your presentation or speech and within 48 hours (for most projects), they return your transcript with funny lines inserted right into the body of your speech.  Funnier Speeches writers can humorize about 3-4 double-spaced, 12-point type-written pages in 1 hour.

The writers at Funnier Speeches like to write more material than you will probably want or use.  Because humor is so subjective, you will then have the opportunity to go through the material and figure out which of the new material will work best for you.  You should choose to use lines that fit two criteria:  You must find them funny and you must feel comfortable delivering them.  Of course, some clients use everything that's written for them and some use the material to inspire their own creativity to write even more funny material.  That's fine, too. 

The ultimate decision is yours as to how much of the material you want to use.  Once it's written for you, you own it all.
 

Funnier Speeches' services are charged by the hour according to the rate plans below. 

Funnier Speeches HOURLY Plan

$495 for first hour.  $395/hour thereafter.

Ideal for:  Speakers or executives who have a specific speech that needs humor.  This process requires anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on the length of the presentation.

Payment terms:  A signed contract, payment for the first hour, and a written transcript of the speech is required before writing services will begin.  Payment for the remaining hours of work and any transcription charges will be due within 30 days of completion of the writing services.

LOL (Laugh Out Loud) Speeches BULK Plan

$2,500 for 8 hours ($312.50/hour) of writing services that can be used in any amount at any time for a period of up to two years from the date of the signed agreement.

Ideal for:  Speakers and executives who do a variety of presentations and will need humor writing services periodically over an extended period of time.  It’s like having humor writers “on call.” 

Payment terms:  A signed contract and payment in full must be received before writing services will begin. 

Transcription Services

Funnier Speeches offers transcription services for audio and video recordings of speeches for $1.75 per audio/video minute (approximately $105/hour).

Payment terms:  Payment for transcription services will be billed upon completion of the project for Hourly Plan clients and upon the completion of the transcription for Bulk Plan clients.
